Cross-country season in full swing for Harriers...

On Sunday 7 December, twenty Thirsk and Sowerby Harriers turned out for the 4th fixture in the North Yorkshire cross country 2025/26 series at Summerhill.

The course was hilly and muddy - so classic cross-country conditions to warm the hearts of some members who revel in tough conditions.

The rain held off thankfully and Rob and Christine Burn had excellent plans in place to keep cold runners' spirits high - with hot drinks, gingerbread and brownies on offer.
